Directions

For SatNav use TA21 0JJ or TA21 0JN - please also take note of the information below. SatNav doesn't really understand that a narrow lane with 6" of grass growing up the middle isn't the ideal route ! We also share a postcode with Greenham Hall and Tremlett Farm and you really don't want to be driving up their track.

From the East/North

Leave the M5 at Jct 26 for Wellington, and head towards Wellington.  At the first major roundabout turn left following the A38 in the direction of Exeter. Continue on the A38 for approx 5 miles. Do not turn right at The Beambridge Inn, continue along the A38 for another mile, taking the right turn just after the Dual Carriage way begins. This is signposted Greenham and Cothay Manor.

Continue along this road for about 2 miles and you'll come into the village of Greenham. Go past the little church, over the river and continue up the hill.  Carry on up the hill for about 200m and we are the next house on the left just after the left hand bend.  There is plenty of parking in the rear courtyard. If you're at the cricket ground or village shop you've come too far.

From the West/South

Leave the M5 at Jct 27 for Tiverton, taking the 3rd exit, A38 toward Wellington. Continue on the A38 for 5 miles. Take the small left turning signposted Greenham along a single track one way lane, then turn left at the crossroads. Don't worry if you miss this there is another after 200m. (If you reach the Beambridge Inn you've come too far)
