Good luck to our guest Peter Gatenby who is walking to the four furthest intercardinal compass points of the British Mainland. Check out his website www.thesharpcorners.co.uk to find out more and make a donation. He'll be covering over 2400 miles.

#tracebridgesourdough - enjoy the ultimate outdoor eating experience and the best pizzas you could possibly imagine. Starting again 7th April. Booking Essential especially with Michel Roux Junior sharing our secret on TV. PS We are just ten minutes walk away.
We are open over Christmas and New Year - If a 3 day overload of Brass bands, Carols and excessive eating isn't for you then you'll enjoy what we have to offer. Just our usual B&B at our usual price - we'd be happy to find a pub Xmas lunch for you or provide a picnic lunch if a long country walk is more your style. We'd love to hear from you
It's worth coming to stay at #TheOldDairy just for the Tracebridge Pizzas in the woods. Pity that's it now till 2017. We will miss our Friday nights
A massive Thank you to the amazing Pippa Hudson, professional photographer extraordinaire. I'm delighted to be able to add lots of new, improved photos of our B&B.
Thanks so much to our customers for the great Reviews. We really love running our B&B and it is heart warming to know how much we are appreciated
Our most recent guest - This one hadn't prebooked and left several messages for us before Steve caught him to let him out. Poor little thing
We have just enjoyed the company of our self-proclaimed wackiest family ever. The Fabulous Emily (11) and Lucy (almost 8) were accompanied by Mum, Emma and Dad, Andrew. Here for a week of fun day outs, a different pub for food every evening and indulgent breakfasts. The girls gave Steve a new nickname, 'BreadKnife' in recognition of his ability to perfectly cut our home made bread. We will miss you, come back soon X

Our fabulous village cafe and shop,https://www.facebook.com/stawleyshop, just ten minutes walk from us, held its official opening yesterday. I'm very happy to confirm that cakes and coffee have been personally tried and tested and they most definitely receive a 5* review. In the interests of our B&B guests I will personally promise to regularly check that the standard of the home made cakes remains exceedingly high (well that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it!)
12 for breakfast this morning so definitely a Two Loaf Sunday. Let me introduce you - To the left we have Honey and sunflower (particularly good served simply with lashings of butter) and to the right Wholegrain multi seed (my favourite with Smoked Salmon and Scrambled eggs)

If you're looking for an excuse for a visit, what better than to enjoy a day at Cothay Manor. Just a couple of miles from us and a lovely walk if you're looking to justify a rather delicious cream tea. Rooms available here all weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

We had a beautiful day out with my God daughter Lily in Lyme Regis. Only 45 minutes from The Old Dairy it is one of many places to visit for a wonderful day trip. They do a smashing Mr Whippy too!
